How do you prepare candidates for job interviews?

Interview preparation may vary among candidates and include several stages:

  • Review of question bank:
    The question bank is customized according to the candidate, the position they are interviewing for, and their current skills.
  • Portfolio preparation:
    The candidate will receive a task simulating a home assignment. They will practice daily meetings, time estimation with a "team leader," and delivery to GitHub.
  • Interview simulation:
    The candidate will undergo an interview simulation with questions on various topics, including technical questions and HR-related ones.

How do you help candidates increase the number of inquiries they receive?

Through several key steps:

  • Improving the resume file:
    The candidate will receive feedback on their resume and suggestions for improvement.
  • Assistance with portfolio:
    The candidate will receive guidance on how to create their portfolio and a task simulating a home assignment.
  • Improving and enhancing LinkedIn profile:
    The candidate will get tips to enhance their LinkedIn profile—from improving the abstract to completing quizzes, requesting recommendations, and uploading their portfolio.
  • Improving exposure:
    The candidate will get guidance on various methods to improve their visibility to recruiters, including techniques for finding hiring companies, identifying recruitment professionals, joining relevant WhatsApp groups, finding suitable positions, researching companies, saving time, and more.

What does it cost?

Typically, there are two sessions of 45 minutes and two Code Reviews (each approximately 15 minutes) for the "home assignment."

The total cost for two sessions via Zoom + Code Review (total of 2 hours) is 300 ILS.

In-person sessions are held in the Petah Tikva area and surroundings only, and the package cost is 500 ILS.

Please note there is an additional fee of 300 ILS on a success basis only, which will only be charged upon acceptance to the job and signing a contract within 30 days of completing the training. (This fee will not be charged if you are not hired or do not sign a work contract. To demonstrate our commitment, half of the training cost is paid on a success basis).
